My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering with my School Romantic Comedy
Kanade Amakusa, a high school student, is cursed with a condition known as "Absolute Choice," which forces him to make decisions from a randomly presented list of options. The choices he is given are often bizarre and disturbing, leading to his isolation among his peers. One day, while returning home from school, an unexpected choice causes a beautiful girl to fall from the sky, and Amakusa may have discovered the means to finally break his curse.
