A mysterious country, a rampaging slasher, and ancient samurai rituals of seppuku place Zoro in the crosshairs. When a street assault occurs, all signs point to Zoro. Meanwhile, Luffy finally arrives at the Land of Wano, but all his friends are nowhere to be found.

During a confrontation with the magistrate's men, Zoro recovers his swords and destroys the magistrate's residence. As a result, Zoro is declared a wanted man. Returning to Kuri Beach, Komachiyo and Hihimaru are engaged in a battle near the Thousand Sunny. Two Beasts Pirates arrive with a captured girl and attempt to seize Luffy. He defeats them effortlessly and rescues the girl, who introduces herself as Tama. After Tama calms Hihimaru, Luffy becomes familiar with her.

After securing the Sunny, O-Tama takes Luffy to the house where she lives with her master, the swordsmith Tenguyama Hitetsu, and prepares a meal to thank him. She walks away for a moment when her stomach starts growling. The capital is the only place that is not a desolate land, but the two still live there, waiting for the return of the pirate Ace. Luffy reveals to them that unfortunately they waited in vain, as Ace has died. Hitetsu explains that, wrecked on the island, Ace helped them four years earlier during a famine. Meanwhile, Basil Hawkins, now a subject of Kaido, goes to investigate the soldiers defeated by Luffy.

When Cidre’s group ambushes and outguns the Straw Hats, the crew uses the Sunny's Coup de Burst to escape. However, they end up stranded without cola. A nearby soda island appears to offer a solution, but Luffy soon finds himself in over his head. Fortunately, a lively old friend is nearby to help.

Luffy and Boa Hancock face off against the Cidre Guild, a group of unscrupulous bounty hunters focused solely on profit at any cost. As the battle appears to be turning in their favor, Cidre activates a menacing power suit to turn the tide.

Luffy and Komachiyo leave Hitetsu to take Tama to a doctor. In a wasteland, Zoro saves a woman from two Beasts Pirates. Upon arriving at the wasteland, Luffy reunites with Zoro. However, they are soon confronted by Hawkins.

Luffy and Zoro engage in battle with Hawkins' subordinates. Hawkins intervenes and demonstrates his abilities to them. Komachiyo takes Luffy and Zoro and flees the confrontation, but Hawkins continues to chase them.

As Komachiyo flees with Luffy, Zoro, and the ill Tama, Hawkins pursues them with the straw entity. Zoro defends against the straw entity's attacks and eventually defeats it. After the group escapes from Hawkins, Tsuru, who had been hiding inside Komachiyo's tail, reveals herself and invites the group to her teahouse in Okobore Town, where she can help Tama.

Luffy, Tsuru, and Kiku prepare medicine for Tama. Kiku also assists in bandaging Zoro after he is injured during the battle with Hawkins. After Tama recovers, Tsuru treats her to sweet red bean soup, which Tama declares to be the best birthday ever. Luffy and Zoro learn from Tsuru about how Kaido and Orochi have polluted the environment and turned Wano into a wasteland, causing the people to starve. Batman attacks Tsuru but is saved by Zoro, while Tama is abducted by Gazelleman in the ensuing confusion.

Luffy, Zoro, and Kiku pursued Gazelleman as he rode Komachiyo, but they were unable to catch up due to his speed. Gazelleman reached Holdem's residence in Bakura Town, a settlement inhabited by Orochi's officials and Kaido's men. There, he handed Tama over to Holdem, one of the three leaders governing Bakura Town. Upon arriving at the town's entrance, Luffy's group was halted by the guards. Meanwhile, Bepo, Sachi, and Penguin spotted them from a hilltop using binoculars and hurried to locate Law, who was resting in an abandoned building. They informed him that Luffy had appeared at the entrance of Bakura Town.

Luffy, Zoro, Kiku, and Komachiyo arrive in Bakura Town with the goal of rescuing Tama, following an incident in which Luffy subdued the guards using his Haōshoku Haki. During their time in the town, they encounter Urashima competing in sumo matches. When Urashima's men seize Kiku and take her to the ring, she defiantly rejects him by cutting off his topknot. Infuriated, Urashima attacks Kiku, prompting Luffy to intervene and engage in a confrontation with him.

Luffy competes against Urashima in a sumo match. Holdem attempts to remove Tama's cheek until Luffy forces Urashima to crash into Holdem's home.

Luffy, Zoro, and Kiku defend themselves against the attacking Beasts Pirates and their allied samurai. Luffy calls out to Holdem, who approaches Luffy's group while holding Tama hostage.

Holdem continues to taunt Luffy's group while holding Tama hostage, threatening to chew her up with Kamijiro. Kiku warns Luffy against attacking Holdem, explaining that Kuri is ruled by Jack, who will destroy Bakura Town if they fight back. Speed arrives with the Treasure ship carrying food from Paradise Farm. Luffy orders Zoro to steal the food cart, which he does with Kiku's help. Luffy then punches Kamijiro and rescues Tama. Upon seeing the injuries on Tama's cheek from being pulled by Holdem with a pincer, he flies into a rage and punches Holdem with Red Hawk, a moment that Tama recognizes as her seeing Ace in Luffy.

After defeating Holdem, Luffy takes Tama and escapes the scene. During their escape, they come across Speed, and Tama successfully tames her. They then catch up with Zoro, Kiku, and Komachiyo, who had been fleeing with a stolen food cart. At the same time, Law engages in a battle with Hawkins, but it is interrupted by the passing food cart. Jumping onto the cart, Law confronts Zoro about his group's actions.

In an alternate reality, Luffy is sailing the sea alone when a strange bird collides with his small boat. Looking up, he spots a giant ship and discovers a girl named Ann has been captured there. It appears the bird belongs to her.

Luffy's crew delivers the stolen food cart to Okobore Town, and Luffy also provides the residents with clean water. After parting ways with Tama and Speed, Law takes the group to the ruins of Oden Castle.

While traveling to Oden Castle, Komachiyo, Law, Luffy, Zoro, and Kiku encounter a ferocious tiger. Zoro separates from the group to fight the tiger. The rest of the group later arrive at the ruins of Oden Castle. After seeing the graves of the Kozuki Family, Luffy reunites with Kin'emon, Momonosuke, Sanji, Nami, Brook, Chopper, and Carrot. Once they are inside Oden Castle, Kin'emon reveals that he, Momonosuke, Kiku, Raizo, and Kanjuro came from the past.

Kin'emon provides Luffy's group with an account of the past, sharing key events such as how his lord, Kozuki Oden, restored order to Kuri, the circumstances surrounding Oden's death, and the moment when Toki sent Kin'emon's group and Momonosuke to the future.

Kin'emon explained to Luffy's group, who had just arrived, the preparations they had completed so far and assigned them new tasks. He outlined the plan for how they intended to defeat Kaido, though there was still much work to be done, including recruiting more allies and gathering further information on the enemy.

While Usopp is searching for allies in Wano Country, Shutenmaru and the Mt. Atama Thieves attack and plunder Okobore Town. Jack arrives at Okobore Town and confronts Shutenmaru. A fight ensues between Shutenmaru and Jack, but it is interrupted when Kaido arrives in his dragon form.

Kaido, in his dragon form and under the influence of alcohol, soars over Okobore Town and issues a threat against Shutenmaru and the townspeople. In response, Luffy, Law, Kin'emon, and Kiku begin heading toward the town to provide assistance. However, Kaido instead moves toward the ruins of Oden Castle, where he obliterates it with a single powerful attack.

Following the destruction of Oden Castle, Luffy engages in an intense battle with Kaido.

Luffy continues his intense battle with Kaido. Despite his efforts, the fight ultimately ends with Luffy's defeat.

Following his defeat, Luffy is taken to a prison located in the Udon region. Kiku returns to the mountain where Oden Castle was destroyed and finds out that the people there managed to escape the destruction. Franky, Robin, Usopp, and Zoro read about Luffy's battle with Kaido in the news. Inuarashi and his group discover Tama alive and lead her into the forest. At the Udon prison, Luffy reunites with Kid.

Perona discovers from a newspaper that Gecko Moria is still alive and decides to leave Kuraigana Island to find him. Meanwhile, Moria and his zombie army launch an attack on Pirate Island in search of Absalom, only to learn that he has already died.

Dogstorm confronts Shutenmaru, who declines to assist in Kin'emon's mission. Meanwhile, Sanji and the others go in search of potential recruits.

After completing their mission in the Flower Capital, Nami and Shinobu move on. Meanwhile, Sanji's soba stand gains increasing popularity. In Udon, Luffy and Kid continue their work, drawing the ire of Dobon, who is upset by the amount of food they consume. The vice warden attempts to attack them but is defeated by the duo.

In *People of the Land of Wano*, Sanji prepares and sells delicious soba noodles in an effort to attract samurais to join the fight against Shogun Kurozumi Orochi, Emperor Kaido, and the Beast Pirates. While serving a young girl, three men arrive at his soba stand and demand payment for operating in their territory, which Sanji refuses. The situation escalates into a fight when the men destroy his stand.

The most popular courtesan in Wano travels to the palace, but her journey is jeopardized by a revenge plot.

Zoro accompanies Tonoyasu to a gambling house, and after a fight breaks out, they travel to Ebisu Town. At the same time, the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance is working to steal weapons and food supplies. Franky discovers that Minatomo no longer possesses the blueprints to Kaido's mansion and proceeds to search the Flower Capital for them, but ultimately reaches a dead end. Meanwhile, at the shogun's castle, CP-0 attempts to negotiate with Orochi.

The banquet at Orochi's palace begins, and Robin starts her mission. Shinobu, Nami, and Brook also sneak into the palace. Meanwhile, in Udon prison, Kid explains to Luffy and Caribou how he lost his arm. Back at the Flower Capital, two members of the Flying Six, Page One and X Drake, arrive to hunt down Sanji.

As the Big Mom Pirates approach the Land of Wano, Kaido’s subordinates, led by King and Queen, attempt to eliminate them. At the same time, in the Flower Capital, another member of the Animal Kingdom Pirates, Page One, attacks every soba restaurant in the city in search of Sanji.

As he faces Page One, Sanji activates his Raid Suit and demonstrates its abilities.

Robin is captured by the Orochi Oniwabanshu within Orochi's castle. The ninjas confront her to uncover the truth behind her intentions, but with the aid of her Devil Fruit abilities, she manages to escape. At the same time, Chopper, Kiku, Tama, and Momonosuke locate Big Mom, who has washed ashore following her encounter with King. Chopper and the group then discover that Big Mom has lost her memories.

At the banquet, Shogun Orochi begins speaking about his late former enemy, which bores the attendees. Suddenly, the Oiran's child attendant, Toko, bursts into laughter and cannot stop. Orochi becomes furious and attacks her, but an unexpected person steps in to stop him.

To save her child attendant Toko, the top oiran Komurasaki confronts the shogun Orochi, but the yakuza boss Kyoshiro intervenes and does something unexpected. At the same time, Robin attempts to escape Orochi’s Castle with the assistance of Nami and Brook.

After escaping Oden’s Castle, Nami, Robin, and the others gather to discuss what they have learned about their enemy. At the same time, Chopper’s group begins their journey to rescue Luffy, who is being held at the Excavation Labor Camp, where he soon finds himself in serious trouble.

At the Excavation Labor Camp in Udon, Luffy attempts to rescue Old Man Hyo and confronts Vice Warden Daifuku and Warden Babanuki, despite his physical strength being diminished by the Sea Prism Stone cuffs. When Queen the Plague, a lead performer of the Animal Kingdom Pirates, arrives at the camp, Luffy manages to make a successful escape.

Luffy and Old Man Hyo attempt to scale the wall and escape from the Excavation Labor Camp, but their efforts are impeded by Queen the Plague, who confronts and hinders them. At the same time, Nami and Robin visit a public bathhouse with Shinobu and learn about the powerful yakuza boss of the Land of Wano.

In the Excavation Labor Camp in Udon, Featured Beast Pirate All-Star Queen the Plague has a distinctive method of dealing with prisoners. Rather than immediately killing Straw Hat Pirates captain Monkey D. Luffy and his companion Old Man Hyo, Queen opted to let them fight for survival by compelling them to participate in the Sumo Inferno Tournament. To ensure they could give their all in the battle against their opponents, Queen removed their Seastone handcuffs.

Zoro fights against Gyukimaru at the bridge. During the battle, another enemy appears in front of them. This enemy faces Zoro, and they engage in a short sword match. The episode also showcases Chopper and Big Mom on their way to the Udon prison.

The Sumo inferno continues between the Queen and Luffy, and the crew tries to find the Samurais while Law is deciding on joining the alliance. Meanwhile, Zoro, Gyukimaru, and Kamajo Killer are engaged in a fierce battle at the outskirts.

In the deadly sumo match at the Excavation Labor Camp, Luffy faces two formidable Gifters as his next opponents. To the surprise of Old Man Hyo, Luffy continues to practice using Haki effectively while engaging in the fight. At the same time, Zoro, still recovering from his injuries, awakens to discover the surprising identity of the mysterious woman he rescued.

A 40-second preview of this episode has been released, showing Luffy attempting to enhance his abilities for his final battle against Kaido.

Luffy continues training under Old Man Hyo's guidance to develop his Haki abilities, but the session is abruptly interrupted when the battle is suspended and Raizo suddenly appears before them. At the same time, Nami, Usopp, and the rest of the crew are left questioning the true identity of Tonoyasu, the self-proclaimed hero of Ebisu Town.

Ushimitsu Kozo, a notorious thief known for robbing the rich and giving to the poor, is captured, and his true identity shocks Orochi and the others. Upon hearing the news, Toko becomes very upset, and Zoro is also distressed when he learns the reason.

Toko and Zoro's group travel to the Flower Capital. Meanwhile, Shimotsuki Yasuie is placed on a wooden pole and displayed publicly throughout Wano. His former acquaintances recognize him, and the citizens of Ebisu Town, along with some of the Straw Hat crew, rush to the execution site. As Orochi makes his way to the location, Yasuie admits he lied about being Ushimitsu Kozo and intends to speak before his execution.

After taking responsibility for Kin'emon's secret message, claiming it was a prank, and sowing doubt among the Rasetsu prison guards, Yasuie meets a violent end when Orochi and his men shoot him to death. As the Ebisu Town citizens "laugh" at Yasuie's death, Hiyori informs Zoro that they were affected by the fruits known as SMILE.

As the citizens of Ebisu Town mourn Yasuie's death, Shinobu provides further details about the SMILE fruits. Toko arrives at the execution site with the hope of reviving her father. Upon seeing Toko, Orochi tries to kill her too, but Zoro and Sanji intervene and rescue her.

Zoro and Sanji begin battling against Orochi's clan, and Nami along with the rest of the Straw Hat crew joins the fight. At the same time, at the Excavation Labor Camp, a new criminal named Hitokiri Kamazo arrives. Another individual brought to the site uncovers a shocking truth about Kamazo.

Zoro battles Kyoshiro while Sanji faces off against X Drake, and Usopp leads Toko to safety. The Orochi Oniwabanshu appears to challenge the Straw Hat Pirates. Law arrives at Rasetsu Town prison to rescue his captured crewmates but is met by Hawkins. Meanwhile, back at Udon, Queen puts Kid and Killer through water torture as he continues the Sumo Inferno. At the same time, Big Mom arrives at the Prisoner Mines.

Following the skirmish within the Flower Capital, Kin'emon confesses to Ashura Doji that he was responsible for provoking Holdem into attacking Mt. Atama. When Ashura becomes angry, Kin'emon admits his mistake for attempting to force Ashura to join the rebellion and once again pleads for his assistance. Meanwhile, after Chopper's group arrives at the Prisoner Mines, Big Mom breaks in. During her search for oshiruko, she engages in a fight with Queen.

Big Mom subdues Queen after the latter attempts to resist her. During the struggle, Kid and Killer are rescued from drowning. Big Mom fails to find any oshiruko, and when Luffy carelessly reveals that he ate it, she attacks him in anger. Luffy and Hyogoro are thrown out of the ring, but Luffy succeeds in removing their collars before they are killed. Afterward, Hyogoro decides to test Luffy by having him defend against an attack from Big Mom.

Luffy tries to defend himself from Big Mom's attack, but she sends him and Hyogoro crashing into a wall. Both survive, though Big Mom continues her assault on Luffy, chasing him through the Prisoner Mines. Queen regains consciousness and devises a plan to defeat Big Mom. When Luffy and Big Mom return to their starting point, Queen launches a dive bomb attack, striking Big Mom in the head. The attack initially seems to fail, as Big Mom regains her memories.

Shortly after Big Mom regains her memories, she suddenly faints. Queen immediately orders his men to restrain Big Mom and takes her to Onigashima. With both Queen and Big Mom absent, Luffy continues training with advanced Busoshoku Haki. Babanuki then instructs the prisoners to subdue Luffy, and they obey. Daifugo also fires toxic bullets at the prisoners. Before Luffy can be infected, a mysterious prisoner calls out.

Raizo retrieves the keys to Kawamatsu's cell as well as his sword. The ninja later gives them to him, and Kawamatsu frees himself. After Raizo, Kawamatsu, and Kikunojo reunite, they join up with Luffy and Hyogoro in fighting the Beasts Pirates. However, the Beasts Pirates continue infecting prisoners with Excite Bullets.

Luffy confronts both those infected by the Plague Rounds and the uninfected prisoners who have submitted to Udon's authority. In an effort to make them see the truth, Luffy takes a dangerous action that puts his own life at risk. Meanwhile, Chief Warden Babanuki has a hidden plan of his own.

After Udon is conquered, Chopper tends to Luffy and works to develop a cure for his condition. Luffy asks Kid to join the fight against Kaido, but Kid rejects his offer and leaves Udon with Killer. After finding out that Luffy is a pirate, the prisoners distrust him, but Momonosuke speaks to them and convinces them to join the cause to liberate Wano Country. Elsewhere, Ashura Doji reveals to Kin'emon and Inuarashi that he had comrades who were too impatient to wait for the Kozuki Family to return and died when they tried to fight Kaido. Afterwards, Ashura comes around and decides to rejoin Kin'emon.

After their confrontation with Orochi, Zoro and Hiyori are pursued by Orochi’s ninja group. At the same time, Orochi is informed that Trafalgar Law has been captured, while the citizens of the Flower Capital prepare for the upcoming Fire Festival.

As the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance continues with their preparations for the Fire Festival, Zoro returns to Oihagi Bridge along with Hiyori and challenges Gyukimaru again to reclaim Shusui. The battle is then interrupted by Kawamatsu.

At Onigashima, Kaido and Big Mom continue their battle. Queen reaches out to Udon, and Babanuki, having been subdued by Tama, provides Queen with a misleading report.

After the reunion, Kawamatsu tells Hiyori about everything that happened to him since they separated.

At the secret location where Kawamatsu stored weapons, Zoro agrees to return Shusui in exchange for Enma. At the Flower Capital, Law subdues Hawkins and escapes prison with the help of an unknown individual. As the day of the Fire Festival approaches, the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance continues its preparations for the raid on Onigashima. Apoo returns to Wano with a group of gigantic beings known as the Numbers. At Onigashima, Kaido and Big Mom decide to put aside their feud and form an alliance to conquer the world.

When they learn that Hiyori is alive, Kin’emon, Momonosuke, and the others are overcome with emotion and cannot hold back their tears. Zoro is deeply shocked by Enma’s demonic power and its connection to him. With the day of the Fire Festival finally approaching, Kin’emon and the others set out for the designated rendezvous point.

The resolution passed at the Reverie and the incidents surrounding the conference shock people around the world and corner the Seven Warlords of the Sea. Meanwhile, a Navy captain named Koby secretly contacts someone who is currently in the Land of Wano.

Admiral Issho and Fleet Admiral Sakazuki debate the potential abolition of the Seven Warlord system and the proposed alliance between the two Emperors of the Sea. At the same time, former Fleet Admiral Sengoku instructs young Navy recruits about the legendary Rocks Pirates, a group to which Kaido and Big Mom once belonged, along with other major figures in the world of piracy.

On the day of the Fire Festival, Orochi departs from the mainland of the Land of Wano, heading toward Onigashima, where a large banquet is set to take place. At the same time, at Tokage Port, the designated meeting point for the rebel group, Kin’emon and the others are surprised to find that none of their allies have arrived.

It is revealed that Orochi had the Beasts Pirates bomb the Thousand Sunny and destroy several bridges in an effort to cut off access routes to Tokage Port. At the port, the Nine Red Scabbards prepare to continue the raid independently. A flashback to many years earlier begins.

The Mountain God continues its rampage in the Flower Capital until Oden confronts and defeats it. After this incident, Oden is expelled from the capital. Due to their admiration for Oden, Kin'emon and Denjiro decide to follow him.

Oden transforms the wild land of Kuri into a habitable region and is made Daimyo over it. Then he meets Kawamatsu the Kappa and the two Minks, Dogstorm and Cat Viper, who become his followers like the others. Kin’emon and the other vassals are scolded by Yasuie when they try to steal money from him, and they begin reforming themselves for their lord Oden.

Kozuki Oden's aspirations to leave Wano bring him face to face with Whitebeard upon learning of the pirate's arrival. Following a brief confrontation, Oden pleads with Whitebeard to allow him to join his crew. However, Whitebeard refuses the request, citing concerns about Oden's character.

Toki cares for Oden after he rescues her from the kidnappers. The following day, they are confronted by the kidnappers and their leader, Karma. Whitebeard intervenes and defeats Karma by knocking him out. Impressed by Oden's selflessness, Whitebeard accepts him into his crew.

Orochi seeks to seize control of the shogunate with the help of Higurashi. As Oden continues his journey with the Whitebeard Pirates, he eventually meets the Roger Pirates. A battle ensues between Edward Newgate and Gol D. Roger.

Roger is amazed when he discovers that Oden can read the script on the Poneglyph, as he believes it will lead him to the last, undiscovered island where no one has ever set foot. Roger pleads with Whitebeard for permission to take Oden with him on a one-year journey. However, Oden considers the matter carefully and shares his own thoughts as well.

The Roger Pirates continue their journey, singing aloud as they travel. They fly to the island above the clouds and descend into the deep sea to reach the island at the ocean floor. On those islands, Oden deciphers the Ponegliffs for Roger, who believes the inscriptions will reveal the location of the final island on the Grand Line.

Oden and the Roger Pirates travel to the Land of Wano in search of a copy of the Road Ponegliff. Upon arrival, Oden reunites with Kin’emon and others after many years, but he soon returns to the sea, leaving his wife and children behind. After a brief stop at the Mokomo Dukedom to obtain the final Road Ponegliff, the Roger Pirates arrive at the last island of their journey.

Upon arriving at Laugh Tale, Roger announces the dissolution of his pirate crew and is the first to disembark. Oden is left at the Land of Wano, where he is reunited with his family and retainers. Later, he learns that Orochi has seized control of the country with the assistance of a powerful pirate named Kaido following the death of Shogun Sukiyaki, and he becomes furious upon hearing accounts of Orochi's tyrannical rule.

Oden, enraged by Orochi's tyrannical rule, launches a raid on his castle in the Flower Capital, confronting the warlord with sword drawn. However, hours later, those who had gathered to witness Oden emerge after defeating Orochi are met with an unexpected sight. At the same time, news of the King of the Pirates, Roger, spreads globally as his execution and final words are published in newspapers.

Oden continues to dance naked in the Flower Capital, gradually losing the trust of the people. One day, Orochi arrives in Kuri and discloses his sinister plans for the Land of Wano, as well as the brutal treatment he has inflicted on the country's mobster and Oden's friend, Hyogoro, and his wife. Overcome by despair and anger, Oden ultimately resolves to confront and defeat Kaido, Orochi's powerful supporter.

Kaido arrives on the mainland with his forces to confront Oden and the Akazaya samurai, who are en route to attack Kaido’s mansion. Despite being unprepared and outnumbered, Oden’s group fights fiercely to protect the future of the Land of Wano.

Oden and the members of the Akazaya are sentenced to death by being boiled in a pot. Oden requests a chance to prove his survival, a request that Kaido agrees to. Oden then enters the boiling pot, holding his retainers over his head. Shinobu, watching from the crowd, reveals to the astonished citizens what Oden had been doing to save the country.

As Oden struggles to survive in the boiling pot, holding his retainers over his head, the truth about the situation is revealed by Shinobu, shocking those who learn of it. Meanwhile, Oden imparts to his retainers the importance of opening the borders of the Land of Wano. The clock continues to tick, with time running out for Oden and his clan's freedom.

As Kin’emon and the others rush to Oden Castle to rescue Oden’s family, the castle is set ablaze and Kaido attacks Toki and her children. Momonosuke is left in Kin’emon’s care, while Hiyori is entrusted to Kawamatsu. Toki then appears before the desperate people of the Land of Wano and delivers a prophecy.

Twenty years have passed since Oden Castle was destroyed by fire, and Oden’s surviving retainers continue to work independently on their individual missions, guided by Toki’s prophecy. The day of the Fire Festival has arrived, and the entire army is preparing to march to Onigashima to launch an attack on Kaido.

The Straw Hats and thousands of allies who were expected to be present are missing, but Kin'emon and the others resolve to set sail into the stormy sea in a small boat. Kaido's army, appearing unexpectedly, along with an act of betrayal, forces the Akazaya members into a desperate situation.

Luffy, Law, and Kid team up with the Akazaya samurai to confront Kaido’s forces. The three members of the Worst Generation engage in a battle against Kaido’s army, each vying to outperform the others by using their most powerful abilities. As they manage to gain an advantage in the conflict, a new and formidable opponent emerges to support Kaido’s side.

The Akazaya members are taken by surprise when they receive assistance from an old friend, and Kin'emon realizes he has made a significant mistake—one that has fortunately saved all his allies. As the battle against Kaido's army intensifies, the cornered Kanjuro makes a surprising move.

Momonosuke is swept away by Kanjuro, which brings back memories of his father and prompts him to overcome his fear and communicate with his allies. Meanwhile, Luffy and the crew begin their journey toward Onigashima, but they are once again impeded by Kaido’s army, which deploys a powerful weapon. Just as the Straw Hats find themselves in a difficult position, an unexpected figure arrives to assist them.

Luffy and the remaining members of the Straw Hat crew are happy to reunite with Jimbei and welcome him as a new crewmate. At the same time, Law and the members of Akazaya plan their approach for infiltrating Onigashima and launching an assault on Kaido. As the Straw Hats near the massive torii gate at the entrance to Onigashima, they are suddenly ambushed.

To Law and the others' surprise, Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat crew launch an attack on the giant torii gate at the entrance to Onigashima. At the same time, Kaido and Orochi are holding a grand banquet on the island, during which Kaido summons his powerful subordinates, the Tobi Roppo.

The Straw Hats and the samurai warriors finally arrive at Onigashima. Before proceeding to the castle as originally planned, the samurai employ unexpected yet resolute tactics to block the Straw Hats' retreat, leaving them in disbelief.

Eustass Kid and his crew head directly toward Kaido's castle, dismissing Luffy's attempts to dissuade them. Determined to prevent any conflict, Luffy and Zoro pursue them, only to inadvertently stumble into Kaido’s banquet. At the same time, Kanjuro becomes lost in the underground passages en route to Kaido, still in possession of Momonosuke, whom he had previously kidnapped.

Luffy and Zoro witness Kaido’s subordinates wasting food at a banquet and mocking the poor people of the Land of Wano. Thinking of Otama, a young girl who loved red-bean soup, both Luffy and Zoro become enraged and cause a disturbance.

After causing a disturbance at the Golden Festival, Luffy and Zoro attempt to flee, but Queen informs his subordinates that anyone who captures them will be rewarded with a position in the Tobi Roppo. Scratchmen Apoo blocks their path and, using his ability to weaponize music, launches unpredictable attacks that corner Luffy and Zoro.

Haccha, a supergiant Number, joins the action, intensifying the pursuit of Luffy and his crew. At the same time, Kin'emon adjusts his strategy, attempting to infiltrate the castle from the side. However, an unexpected change in the floor plan occurs, coincidentally causing Sanji to become excited.

Luffy, Law, Kin'emon, and the others attempt to infiltrate Kaido’s castle from multiple directions. At the same time, Big Mom’s children make their way up the waterfall toward Onigashima, only to be confronted by Marco the Phoenix, who suddenly appears and blocks their path.

Big Mom, furious with anger, chases the Brachio Tank, which is being driven by Chopper and Usopp, but the two bravely fight back. At the same time, Kanjuro takes the battered and bruised Momonosuke to Kaido and Orochi, and informs them about Oden’s retainers, who had previously been believed to be dead.

Luffy encounters Ulti and Page One, members of the Tobi Roppo from the Animal Kingdom Pirates. Upon learning of Luffy's goal to become the King of the Pirates, the brother and sister become enraged and transform into enormous creatures. As Luffy finds himself overwhelmed, a mysterious figure wearing a demon mask arrives and takes him to safety.

Luffy attempts to evade Ulti and Page One, two strong members of the Tobi Roppo, in order to learn the motive of Kaido's son, Yamato. However, the encounter escalates into a fight. As Luffy delivers punishing attacks, Yamato recalls someone he had fought against in the past.
