Synopsis
Donnie and Moretti become involved in a sniper attack at the Federal Building, prompting Pierce to investigate the shooter's vulnerability to Extreme Low Frequency waves. They travel to a remote area in Virginia known as the Quiet Zone, believing the shooter is hiding there. At the same time, Donnie is pursued by a charismatic woman who encourages him to consider a political career.
