Synopsis
Fred tries to reconcile with Daphne as the team deals with the return of Crybaby Clown, who commits a robbery in Crystal Cove and kidnaps Daphne. After she is rescued, Daphne chooses to rejoin the group. At the same time, Mr. E makes another effort to recruit Angel Dynamite.
