Synopsis
Rocky and CeCe discover a ring in CeCe's father's coat and suspect he is planning to propose to CeCe's mother, so they team up with school librarian Miss Burke, played by Tyra Banks, to orchestrate the ideal proposal moment. At the same time, Ty and Deuce attend a double date with Dina and one of her fierce rivals.
