Synopsis
Kelly meets Joey, a young alien boy in foster care who is acting out due to concerns about his incarcerated brother, Orlando. With help from Kara, Kelly investigates and uncovers abuse at the prison where Orlando is held. At the same time, Nyxly appears in one of Nia's dreams and asks for her assistance.
