Tales of the City
Set in the vibrant San Francisco of the 1970s, *Tales of the City* follows Mary Ann Singleton, a young woman from the Midwest who comes to visit and decides to stay. Her perspective shifts dramatically when she moves into the eclectic apartment at 28 Barbary Lane, revealing just how different the city is from her hometown of Cleveland. Based on Armistead Maupin's novel, the story explores a diverse group of characters navigating love and relationships across a wide spectrum of sexual experiences. The series captures both the distinct atmosphere of its time and place and the broader human desire for connection.
