Synopsis
Phil becomes increasingly unhinged upon learning that Todd and Melissa are in a relationship, leading him to organize a community meeting to air his grievances. The meeting backfires when residents demand he clean out the pool he has been using as a toilet. After a failed attempt to abandon Todd in the desert, Phil is moved by Todd's thanks and finally cleans the pool, bringing an outhouse into the house.
