Meanwhile, Grace reconciles with Dr. Fields over her field tactics, Maritza identifies the traitor and follows the lead to Mann, and Faith takes matters into her own hands to avenge her partner.

Faith faces a difficult choice when she learns that telling the truth could result in prison and separation from her children, leading her to reluctantly support Maritza's false story about the shooting. Meanwhile, Yoshi escapes and disappears, Sasha and Ty begin a relationship, and Maritza deals with a strict new supervisor determined to control her behavior.
