Chad reports on the issuance of 100 diplomatic visas to the first group of American Visitors at the Peace Ambassador Center, with Anna receiving the first one, a decision that sparks controversy. The Season Two premiere, "Red Rain," follows the aftermath of Anna's release of Red Sky, as global tensions escalate toward war and chaos. Ryan is held in isolation on the mothership while Anna experiments on his hybrid child, Chad seeks redemption by joining the Fifth Column, and Erica embarks on a mission to uncover the truth about Red Sky and the Vs' true intentions on Earth.
