Synopsis

Doctor Hugo Hackenbush, Tony, and Stuffy attempt to save Judy's sanitarium by entering and winning a major horse race with a difficult-to-handle horse owned by Judy's boyfriend, Gil. Several complications arise. Hackenbush, who has recently been placed in charge of the sanitarium, is not actually a doctor but a veterinarian.
