Synopsis

In a small town, teenagers are dying under mysterious circumstances, seemingly driven to suicide by mass hysteria. Nancy Thompson, the daughter of a local police officer, uncovers the source of the tragedy: Fred Krueger, a child molester who was burned alive by angry parents years earlier. Now, Krueger has returned, haunting the dreams of the children of those who killed him and claiming their lives as an act of revenge. With her boyfriend, Glen, Nancy must find a way to lure the monster from the realm of nightmares into the real world.
