Synopsis
The story follows Charlie, a Los Angeles-based billionaire financial expert who retreats to Tijuana in self-imposed exile after it is discovered that his business empire was built on a Ponzi scheme. While searching for the woman he left behind there 25 years earlier, Charlie is hunted by a Mexican gangster, a federal agent, and hired thugs from a former client seeking to recover his lost funds.
