Synopsis

The true story follows the technical difficulties that caused the Apollo 13 lunar mission to be aborted in 1970, endangering the lives of astronaut Jim Lovell and his crew. As the spacecraft drifts more than 200,000 miles from Earth, the astronauts collaborate intensively with the ground crew to prevent disaster, transforming the failed mission into a compelling story of perseverance and teamwork.
