Synopsis

In the city of New Rome, a tense duel unfolds between Cesar Catilina, a visionary artist advocating for a Utopian future, and the avaricious mayor Franklyn Cicero. Caught in the middle is Julia Cicero, whose divided loyalties strain between her father and her blossoming relationship with Cesar.
