Synopsis
Moe stands trial for assaulting Curly and Larry with an ax. During the trial, Moe recounts how Curly and Larry took him on a hunting trip to help with his nerves. While in the woods, they encountered a bear, which Curly and Larry stunned. Believing it to be dead, they loaded it into the back of their car. The bear, however, awoke inside the vehicle, threw Moe out, and drove the car into a tree. The judge rules Moe not guilty, after which Moe immediately resumes his attack on Larry and Curly with the ax.
