Synopsis

When a ruptured water main creates an enormous sinkhole right in front of Bob's house, he and his family are forced to deal with the chaos and disruption that follows. As the city scrambles to repair the damage, Bob takes it upon himself to find out why the main failed and who is responsible. What he discovers is a tangled web of corruption, mismanagement, and cover-ups that go all the way to the top of the city's infrastructure department. With the help of a tenacious reporter and a disgraced engineer, Bob must navigate the dangerous world of political intrigue and corporate greed to expose the truth and hold those responsible accountable. But as he gets closer to the truth, he realizes that some people will go to any lengths to keep it buried.
