Synopsis
Elizabeth Holmes gained recognition as the world's youngest self-made billionaire through her company Theranos, which claimed to have developed a revolutionary blood-testing technology. She was often compared to tech innovator Steve Jobs. However, the company's valuation of $10 billion collapsed amid scrutiny over the accuracy and capabilities of its technology. The story of Theranos offers insight into the psychological dynamics of corporate fraud.
