The Roaring Twenties
A down-on-his-luck cab driver rises through the ranks of Prohibition-era bootlegging, building a criminal empire while navigating loyalty, ambition, and the law.

Synopsis
After World War I, Armistice Lloyd Hart returns to practicing law, former saloon keeper George Hally turns to bootlegging, and out-of-work Eddie Bartlett becomes a cab driver. Eddie builds a fleet of cabs through the delivery of bootleg liquor and hires Lloyd as his lawyer. George becomes Eddie's partner in the bootlegging business.
