Synopsis
In this unconventional western reimagining of *Moby Dick*, Wild Bill Hickok is driven to hunt a white buffalo that appears in a dream. His journey takes him through a range of distinctively authentic western settings—dim, dirty, makeshift taverns; frigid, slaughterhouse-like frontier towns; and the starkly beautiful high country—before he forms an unlikely alliance with a young Crazy Horse to track down the creature.
