When an ancient Cybertronian tyrant returns to finish what he started, a hardened human‑Autobot task force must race against time to stop him from harvesting Earth's sun and plunging the planet into eternal darkness.

Synopsis
Sam Witwicky leaves the Autobots behind to pursue a normal life. However, when cryptic symbols begin appearing in his mind, the Decepticons take interest in him, leading to his forced return to the Transformers conflict.
