Synopsis

In 1250 B.C., during the late Bronze Age, two rising nations come into conflict. Paris, a prince of Troy, persuades Helen, the Queen of Sparta, to abandon her husband, Menelaus, and accompany him back to Troy. Upon discovering that his wife has been taken by the Trojans, Menelaus requests assistance from his brother, Agamemnon, to recover her. Seeing an opportunity to gain power, Agamemnon supports the effort, and together they launch an expedition with 1,000 ships carrying 50,000 Greeks toward Troy.
