Biography

Don Michael Burgess, ASC (born May 28, 1956) is an American cinematographer known for his work with director Robert Zemeckis. He received Academy Award and BAFTA Award nominations for Best Cinematography for his work on Zemeckis' *Forrest Gump* (1994). In 2024, Burgess was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Society of Cinematographers.
