Biography

Jane Marie Lynch is an American actress, comedian and author. She starred as Sue Sylvester in the musical comedy series Glee from 2009 to 2015, a role that earned her a Primetime Emmy Award. Lynch also appeared in Christopher Guest’s mockumentary films Best in Show (2000), A Mighty Wind (2003) and For Your Consideration (2006).
