Biography
Kevin Yagher is an American special effects technician known for his work in the horror genre. He is best known for creating the makeup design for Freddy Krueger in the *A Nightmare on Elm Street* film series. Yagher also contributed to the special effects for the *Child's Play* franchise, where he designed the Chucky doll, and he developed the animatronic effects for The Crypt Keeper in *The New Addams Family*. His work has become associated with memorable horror characters and has had a lasting impact on the field of special effects in film.
