Biography

Annette "Leslie" Jones (born September 7, 1967) is an American stand-up comedian, actress, writer, singer, and game show host. She was a cast member and writer for the NBC sketch comedy series *Saturday Night Live* from 2014 to 2019. In 2017 and 2018, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on *Saturday Night Live*.

In 2010, her one-hour comedy special, *Problem Child*, was broadcast on Showtime, and in 2020, she had another special, *Time Machine*. She starred as Patty Tolan in *Ghostbusters* (2016) and Mary Junson in *Coming 2 America*.
