Biography

Lily Tomlin is an American actress, comedian, writer, singer, and producer known for her work in stand-up comedy, sketch comedy, and acting across stage and screen. Over a career spanning more than fifty years, she has received numerous accolades, including seven Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award, two Tony Awards, and an Academy Award nomination. Tomlin has also been honored with the Kennedy Center Honor in 2014 and the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award in 2017.
