Biography

Randy Barbato is a filmmaker and co-founder of World of Wonder Productions (WOW), an American production company established in 1991. Based in Los Angeles, California, WOW specializes in documentary television and film with a focus on LGBTQ topics. Alongside his partner Fenton Bailey, Barbato has produced content for major networks and streaming platforms, including HBO, Bravo, Netflix, and MTV. Notable productions include the docuseries *Million Dollar Listing* and *RuPaul's Drag Race*, as well as the documentaries *The Eyes of Tammy Faye* (2000) and *Mapplethorpe: Look at the Pictures* (2016).
