Synopsis
Charlie Chaplin and the Keystone Kops are involved in a chaotic robbery at a new Gotham movie theater, but the real perpetrators are revealed to be The Riddler and his gang in disguise. They evade the Dynamic Duo through a series of locations including a bakery, a library, and a Temperance Party, all the while being filmed by German filmmaker Van Bloheim.
