Synopsis
A villain with a love for Shakespeare and aviation, known as the Puzzler, targets the wealth of billionaire Artemus Knab by pitching him a puzzle-themed balloon business. The Dynamic Duo initially suspect a scam but become intrigued when Knab appears too shrewd to be a victim, leading them to uncover a larger plot involving Knab's airplane empire. Unbeknownst to the Duo, the Puzzler is preparing to stop their investigation—by any means necessary.
