Ed Deline is a former CIA officer who transitioned from the role of Head of Security to President of Operations at the Montecito, responsible for managing the casino's daily operations. After Deline's departure, Danny McCoy, a former Marine and Deline's former protégé, assumes the position of President of Operations at the Montecito.
