Synopsis
A severe snowstorm disrupts Manhattan and creates chaos at City Hall, where various characters find themselves entangled in separate misadventures. Mike attempts to connect with his crush before she leaves town, Paul inadvertently causes trouble for the Mayor during a radio appearance, Carter and Stuart become trapped in the boiler room, and an unexpected nudist appears in the Mayor's office.
