Synopsis

Ensign Lindsay Ballard returns to the USS Voyager after being presumed dead from a previous away mission, having been resurrected and assimilated by the Kobali, an alien species that reproduces by genetically engineering the dead. As her Kobali genes fully activate, she faces a difficult choice between her life aboard Voyager and her new existence with the Kobali.
