Synopsis
An alien with telekinetic abilities attacks National City, identified by Supergirl and the DEO as a Phorian. Guardian tracks the alien to a location where he discovers a frightened boy named Marcus, who only trusts James. Meanwhile, Rhea moves forward with her escalating plan.
