Synopsis
Mitch McDeere is a young man with a promising future in law. Just before taking his bar exam, he is approached by "The Firm" and offered a position he cannot refuse. Lured by the wealth and gifts provided by the company, he remains unaware of its more sinister aspects. When two associates are murdered, the FBI contacts him for information, and his life quickly unravels. He faces a choice: cooperate with the FBI or remain with The Firm. Either decision will cost him the life he once knew. Mitch ultimately decides to follow his own plan to escape the situation.
