A mountain lion roams the town of Agrestic while Nancy deals with the challenges brought by a local medical marijuana facility, leading her to take action on her own. At the same time, Silas continues his pursuit of Megan and faces the resulting repercussions, and Celia and Isabel intensify their conflict over issues related to weight.

Nancy is surprised by an unexpected visit from her brother-in-law Andy, whose arrival causes disruption in the household.
