Synopsis
A young woman marries an intriguing widower, only to discover that she must live in the shadow of his late wife, Rebecca, who died under mysterious circumstances several years earlier. The new wife struggles to understand the chilling secret of her attractive, aloof husband, Max De Winter. At the same time, she must contend with Mrs. Danvers, the housekeeper, who is consumed by jealousy and obsession and refuses to recognize her as the new mistress of the house.
